Shipping & Delivery Policy

At beasthealth.me, we aim to deliver your order quickly and securely across the GCC.


1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to:

  • United Arab Emirates (UAE)
  • Saudi Arabia (KSA)
  • Qatar
  • Oman
  • Bahrain
  • Kuwait

We do not currently ship outside the GCC.


2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (UAE time), excluding UAE public holidays.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM are processed for the next business day.
  • Processing time: Usually within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • If there’s any delay due to stock availability or high demand, we will notify you by email or phone.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping Fees are calculated at checkout; you might be eligible for free shipping based on your order.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For deliveries outside the UAE, import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees may apply according to the destination country’s regulations.
  • These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • BeastHealth.me is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number and courier link.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours after dispatch to become active.

7. Failed Delivery & Re-delivery

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, refusal, or unavailability, the courier will attempt redelivery.
  • After two failed attempts, the order will be returned to us, and re-shipping charges will apply.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@beasthealth.me, including clear photos.
  • We will arrange a replacement or resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
