Shipping & Delivery Policy
At beasthealth.me, we aim to deliver your order quickly and securely across the GCC.
1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to:
- United Arab Emirates (UAE)
- Saudi Arabia (KSA)
- Qatar
- Oman
- Bahrain
- Kuwait
We do not currently ship outside the GCC.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (UAE time), excluding UAE public holidays.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM are processed for the next business day.
- Processing time: Usually within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- If there’s any delay due to stock availability or high demand, we will notify you by email or phone.

4. Shipping Fees
- Shipping Fees are calculated at checkout; you might be eligible for free shipping based on your order.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- For deliveries outside the UAE, import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees may apply according to the destination country’s regulations.
- These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.
- BeastHealth.me is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
6. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number and courier link.
- Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours after dispatch to become active.
7. Failed Delivery & Re-delivery
- If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, refusal, or unavailability, the courier will attempt redelivery.
- After two failed attempts, the order will be returned to us, and re-shipping charges will apply.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
- If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@beasthealth.me, including clear photos.
- We will arrange a replacement or resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
