Refund, Return & Replacement Policy

At beasthealth.me, we are committed to delivering premium products and exceptional customer service. This policy explains your rights and our process for returns, refunds, and warranty claims.


1. Return Eligibility

  • You may return any product within 7 calendar days of delivery for a refund (change-of-mind returns).
  • Defective products may be returned or repaired anytime within the warranty period, as outlined in Section 5.
  • All returns must meet these conditions:
    • Products are unused and unopened for change-of-mind returns.
    • Product is in original manufacturer packaging, with all manuals, accessories, and labels intact.
    • Any free gifts or promotional items received with the product must also be returned.

3. Refund Scope

  • Refunds will be made for the product price only unless the return is due to a defect, in which case any original shipping fees will also be refunded.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or installed products in change-of-mind cases.
  • Items missing original packaging, manuals, or accessories.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accident.
  • Clearance or final-sale items.

5. Defects & Warranty Coverage

All Beast Health products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

A. Defects Reported Within 30 Days of Use

  • If you notify us of a manufacturing defect within 30 days of first use, the product will be eligible for either:
    • Full replacement, or
    • Full refund,
      after inspection confirms the defect.

B. Defects Reported After 30 Days of Use (Under Warranty)

  • If you notify us of a defect after 30 days but within the 2-year warranty period:
    1. We will first arrange repairs at no cost to you.
    2. If the product is beyond repair, we will offer a full replacement or full refund after inspection.

6. Return Process

  1. Email support@beasthealth.me with:
    • Order number.
    • Reason for return or warranty claim.
    • Photos/videos showing the defect (for defective claims).
  2. Our team will review and confirm eligibility.
  3. We will arrange a courier pickup or provide return instructions.
  4. Refunds/replacements will be processed within 7–14 business days after inspection.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible; you may request a return according to the terms above.
  • Failed delivery orders that lead to cancellation will be subject to deduction of shipping charges
