Warranty Terms

Scope of Coverage

This limited warranty applies to genuine Beast® Blenders purchased in the United Arab Emirates, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, and Kuwait through Antwork Trading LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”) or our authorised retail partners.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic use during the warranty period defined below.

Warranty Period and Coverage

Your Beast® Blender is warranted against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of original retail purchase.

This warranty:

  • Is provided at no additional cost to the customer.

  • Applies only to the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase.

  • Is non-transferable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Covers domestic household use only and does not apply to commercial or institutional applications.

Our Commitment

If your Beast® Blender develops a fault covered under this warranty, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the product using new or refurbished parts; or

  • Replace the defective unit or component; or

  • If a replacement is unavailable, provide a comparable Beast® Blender of equal or higher value; or

  • Refund the original purchase price.

All replacement or repaired units carry the remainder of the original warranty period.

Customer Rights

This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of purchase.

Consumers are entitled to products that are:

  • As described

  • Fit for purpose

  • Of satisfactory quality

This warranty does not limit or replace those rights.

Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty applies only to genuine Beast® Blenders purchased through authorised channels in the Middle East region listed above.
It will become void if the product failure results from:

  • Accidental damage, misuse, or negligent operation

  • Unauthorised modification, alteration, or disassembly

  • Improper maintenance, cleaning, or storage

  • Repairs by unauthorised service centres or third parties

  • Exposure to extreme environmental conditions or natural disasters

  • Use with incorrect voltage, unauthorised power adaptors, or converters

  • Use outside the covered region (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait)

  • Use of non-Beast® parts, accessories, or attachments

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Commercial, institutional, or professional use

Shipping and Service Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product to our service centre or authorised retailer.

  • Antwork Trading LLC will cover the cost of return shipping for repaired or replacement units within the country of purchase.

  • Product model and serial number

  • Your full name and contact details

  • Country of purchase

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)

  • A brief description of the issue or fault

Our team will provide further guidance on inspection, service, or replacement procedures.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Antwork Trading LLC’s liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the original purchase price.

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of use or time

  • Loss of profit, data, or any incidental losses arising from product use

Commercial Use Exclusion

This warranty applies strictly to domestic household use.
Any commercial or institutional use—including cafés, gyms, offices, or catering—voids this warranty.

Regional Applicability

This warranty applies only to Beast® Blenders purchased and used within the Middle East region:
United Arab Emirates, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, and Kuwait.

Different warranty terms may apply in other territories.
