This layered smoothie is a delicious balance of tart berries and tropical mango, blended to creamy perfection. Ingredients

  • 1+1/2 cup
  • 1 cup
  • 2 tbsp
  • 1 tbsp
  • 1/2 cup
  • milk
  • frozen berries
  • peanut butter
  • maple syrup
  • frozen mango

Preparation

For the berry smoothie:

  1. Add 1 cup of milk, berries, maple syrup, and nut butter to your blender.
  2. Pulse, then blend until smooth, around 30-45 seconds.
  3. Set aside

For the mango smoothie:

  1. In a separate vessel, add 1/2 cup of milk and frozen mango to your blender.
  2. Pulse and blend until smooth, around 45 seconds.

Assemble:

  1. In your favorite tall glass, pour the berry smoothie until almost 3/4 filled, followed by the mango smoothie until full.
  2. Slightly stir to infuse both flavors, while keeping the ombre look.
  3. Enjoy!
